Product Configuration

For applications with a maximum operating temperature of 120°C(heating wire outer temperature), we can supply silicone heating wires of different diameters. The heating wire can be made of single or double insulation, and can also be made of heating wire input at one end, that is, one end of the wire.

This defrost heating wire is composed of a resistance wire wound on a glass fiber core, and then covered with a silicone outer layer, while a metal braid layer can be added as needed to protect the heating wire, but also play a grounding role.
