Compressor part crankcase heater belt is an electrical device that heats the compressor crankcase, mainly to prevent refrigerant condensation and lubricating oil dilution in the crankcase. The silicone crankcase heater belt is an electrical heating device specially used to heat the compressor crankcase, and its outer material is made of silicone. Silicone material has excellent high temperature resistance, aging resistance and insulation properties, good waterproof performance, fast heating speed, long service life. Therefore, it is very suitable for use in industrial equipment such as compressors.

Crankcase Heater Function
1. Prevent refrigerant migration:
*** When the compressor is shut down, the refrigerant may migrate to the crankcase and mix with the lubricating oil, resulting in dilution of the lubricating oil and affecting the lubrication effect.
*** The compressor part crankcase heater prevents refrigerant condensation and migration by heating the crankcase.
2. Reduce starting load:
*** The silicone rubber crankcase heater keeps the crankcase temperature to avoid too thick lubricating oil and reduce the load when the compressor starts.
3. Extend compressor life:
*** By keeping the lubricating oil in good condition, the compressor wear is reduced and the service life is extended.
Selection Precautions
1. Power selection:
-- Choose the right heating belt power according to the size of the compressor crankcase and the ambient temperature.
-- Too low power may lead to insufficient heating effect, and too high power may waste energy.
2. Crankcase heater length and size:
-- The crankcase heating belt should be long enough to cover the main part of the crankcase to ensure even heating.
3. Temperature control:
-- Some crankcase heating belts are equipped with temperature control function, which can automatically adjust heating power according to temperature.
4. Oil and chemical resistance:
-- Choose oil and chemical resistant materials to adapt to the working environment of the compressor.
