The walk in drain line heater is an electric heating device specially designed to prevent the drain from freezing or freezing. The heating element of drain pipeline heater is made of high resistance alloy wire or carbon fiber material, which can achieve uniform heating by converting electric energy into heat energy. The insulation layer is wrapped with silicone rubber. The temperature range can reach -60℃ to +200℃. It has the characteristics of waterproof and anti-corrosion .
The walk in drain line heater is usually used in the drainage system of refrigeration equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and so on, to ensure that the drainage pipe is smooth through heating, and to prevent blockage or equipment failure caused by icing. Conventional models range from 7W/FT (for home use) to 50W/M (for industrial cold storage scenarios) .

The power of walk in drain line heater is 40W/M,we can also be made other powers,such as 20W/M,50W/M,etc.And the length of drain pipe heater have 0.5M,1M,2M,3M,4M,etc.The longest can be made 20M. The package of drain line heater is one heater with one transplant bag,customized bag quantity at list more than 500pcs for each length. Jingwei heater is also producing the constant power drain line heater,the heating cable length can be cut by yourself,the power can be customized 20W/M,30W/M,40W/M,50W/M,etc. |

Precautions for Installation And Use
1. Choose the right model:
● Select the appropriate heating belt according to the length, diameter and ambient temperature of the drain pipe.
2. Correct installation:
● Wrap the heating belt tightly around the surface of the drain pipe to ensure even heating.
● Use high temperature resistant tape or cable tie to fix, avoid loosening.
3. Waterproof and moisture-proof:
● Make sure the joints of the heating belt are well sealed to avoid water.
4. Temperature control:
● If you need accurate temperature control, you can use it with the thermostat.
