Silicone rubber drain heater heating fast and uniform, reliable insulation performance, strong flexibility, direct and close contact with the heating equipment, good waterproof performance, moisture and chemical corrosion resistance, stable quality, not easy to aging, can be used all year round. Structural properties:
(1) Mainly composed of nickel-chromium alloy wire and silicone rubber insulation material, fast heating, high thermal efficiency and long service life.
(2) non-alkali glass fiber core frame winding electric heating wire, the main insulation is silicone rubber, good heat resistance, reliable insulation performance.
(3) Excellent flexibility, can be directly attached to the heating equipment, good contact, uniform heating.
1. Good temperature resistance. The whole adopts silicone rubber as insulation and thermal conductivity material (including power cord), and the working temperature is -60 to +200°C.
2. Good thermal conductivity: Through the generation of heat, direct heat conduction, high thermal efficiency, short-term heating to achieve the effect.
3. Reliable electrical performance: When each electric heating belt leaves the factory, it passes strict DC resistance, immersed high voltage and insulation resistance test to ensure quality.
