The defrost freezer heating cable length,voltage and power can be customized as required.The wire diameter can be choosed 2.5mm,3.0mm,3.5mm,and 4.0mm.The wire surface can be braided firberglass,aluminum or stainless steel. The defrost wire heater heating part with lead wire connector can be seal with rubber head or double-wall shrinkable tube,you can choose according to your own use needs. |
Product Configuration
The braided heating cable is to increase the stainless steel braid layer, aluminum braid layer and fiberglass braid layer on the basis of the original silicone heating wire (the product photo shows the stainless steel braid heating wire), due to the increase of the braid layer, the protective effect is increased in the installation and use, mainly used in the refrigerator door frame cold storage and other defrosting effect.
The silicone rubber heating wire material is composed of fiber body, alloy heating wire and silicone rubber insulator. The structure is divided into spiral structure, multi-core structure, single-wire structure and double-layer structure. It works by electric heating. The process is to coil the alloy heating wire on the fiber body to produce a certain resistivity, and then wrap a layer of silica gel outside the spiral heating core to play the role of insulation and heat conduction. The heat conversion rate of silica gel hot wire is higher, up to more than 98%. It belongs to the electric heating type. It is suitable for processing electronic products, hot compress medical treatment, massage health care, electric tropics, weight loss products, etc., can play a certain thermal auxiliary role.
