OEM Finned tubular heater is made of high-quality stainless steel tubes, modified magnesium oxide powder, high-resistance electric heating alloy wires, and stainless steel fins, which are manufactured using advanced production equipment and techniques. They have undergone strict quality control. The finned tube heater can be installed in blower ducts or other static or moving air heating applications.
The tubular finned heating element is a heating element with metal fins wrapped around the surface of a regular element. The heat dissipation area is 2-3 times larger than that of a regular element, so the fin heater element allows a surface power load of 3-4 times that of a regular element. The heater's length is shorter, reducing its own heat loss. Under the same power condition, it has the advantages of fast heating, even heating, good heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small heating device size, and low cost. It has been designed reasonably according to user requirements for easy installation. The finned strip air heater is widely used in mechanical manufacturing, automotive, textile, food, household appliances, and other industries, especially in the air curtain industry of air conditioners.
Finned tube material selection
1. Iron pipe (general material)
Low price, easy to rust, used in places with large losses and no special requirements.
2.201 Stainless steel (conventional material)
Low price, better quality than iron pipe, suitable for most working environments, temperature less than 300°C.
3. 304 stainless steel (conventional material)
Moderate price quality better than 201 can be used in slightly corrosive environment can withstand 450°C.
4.316 stainless steel
High quality material, better quality than 304 can be used in corrosive environment, cost-effective, widely used.
5. 2520 stainless steel
The material is better than 316 stainless steel, can withstand 1300°C, special temperature, high cost.
6. Outsourcing Teflon quality material
Designed for highly corrosive environments at 99% strong acid and base non-reactive operating temperature of 250°C cost-effective.
