Product Configuration
Chiller straight defrost heater tube is a special heating element for cold storage, refrigerator and other refrigeration equipment, in order to prevent the accumulation of ice and frost on the evaporator coil, through electric heating to achieve defrosting or maintain the temperature balance of equipment. Its core structure includes:
1. Heating body : the internal resistance wire is nickel-chromium alloy, and the external is wrapped with high-density magnesium oxide powder as the insulating medium to ensure efficient thermal conductivity and electrical safety ;
2 shell material : mainly 304/310S stainless steel, some models use silicone rubber sealed port, corrosion resistance and adapt to low temperature and high humidity environment ;
3, packaging process : The resistance wire is fixed in the metal tube through the shrink tube process, and the bending shape can be customized to meet the installation requirements of different equipment (such as cold fan evaporator, water tray).

The Stainless Steel Single Straight Tube Defrost Heater is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

*** Compatible with 220V/380V voltage, suitable for household refrigerators, commercial cold storage and cold chain transport equipment .
