Therefore, the periodic defrosting of the chiller is the key link in the control of the cold storage.
Electric heating defrosting is the most common method of defrosting. After the electric straight deforst heater is heated, the frost on the fin is shed by heat conduction. Electric heating defrosting has simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and easy automatic control of operation and setting. The evaporator defrost heating element is a key component in the refrigeration system, playing a key role in preventing frost formation and ensuring efficient operation of the chiller evaporator. The straight defrost heater periodic activation and controlled heating help to maintain the function and temperature regulation of the device, improving its performance and life.

The evaporator straight defrost heater is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The straight defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |
