Product Configuration
The tubular oven heating element is the core heating component, responsible for generating heat to bake or cook food. The oven heating element heater converts electrical energy into thermal energy, providing uniform heat inside the oven. They are usually installed on the top, bottom or back of the oven. Some ovens are also equipped with convection fans to enhance the circulation of hot air.
The main type of grill oven heating element for stove uses 304 stainless steel protective tubes, which are resistant to high temperatures (above 500℃) and corrosion. They are suitable for 220V/380V voltage scenarios and can ensure long-term stable operation. The power range of the oven heating elements covers 300W to 2000W, and it is necessary to match them according to the capacity of the oven (for example, for small household ovens, 500-800W is recommended, and for commercial equipment, it should be ≥1500W).

The tubular oven heating element heater is used for the microwave,stove,electric grill.Shape of the oven heater can be customized as client’s drawings or samples.The tube diameter can be choosed 6.5mm,8.0mm or 10.7mm. Type of Oven Heating Element
1. Top oven heating tube
*** Located at the top of the oven, mainly used for coloring or baking the surface of food.
*** Often used in Grill mode.
2. Bottom oven heating tube
*** Located at the bottom of the oven, it is mainly used to heat the bottom of the food or provide even baking heat.
*** Often used in baking, baking and other modes.
3. Back oven heating tube
*** is usually used in combination with a convection fan to enhance hot air circulation and make the internal temperature of the oven more uniform.

How To Replace Oven Heating Element
1. Disconnect the oven to ensure safety.
2. Remove the protective panel inside the oven (if any).
3. Find the screws or latches on the oven heating element pipe and remove the old oven heating pipe.
4. Install the new oven heating element pipe and ensure that the cable is firmly connected.
5. Reinstall the panel and test the power supply.
Products Appliance
1. Home baking : Stainless steel is preferred, suitable for 220V voltage, length less than 530mm (small oven).
2. Commercial high frequency use: select the optimized design model of dry burning resistance, power ≥1500W, support the auxiliary program of hot fluorine defrost .
