Product Configuration
When refrigeration devices such as refrigerated air cooler and refrigerated display cabinet are used, frost will occur on the surface of the evaporator. Because the frost layer will narrow the flow channel, reduce the air volume, and even completely block the evaporator, seriously hinder the air flow. If the frost layer is too thick, the cooling effect of the refrigeration device will become worse and the power consumption will increase. Therefore, some refrigeration units will use defrost heating element to defrost regularly.
U type defrost heating element uses the electric heating tube arranged in the equipment to heat the frost layer attached to the surface of the equipment to melt it to achieve the purpose of defrost. This defrost heating element is a kind of metal tubular electric heating element, also known as defrost heating tube, defrosting heater tube. U type defrost heating element is a metal tube as the shell, an alloy heating wire as the heating element, with a leading rod (line) at one or both ends, and a dense magnesium oxide powder insulating medium is filled in the metal tube to fix the heating element of the heating body.
