PVC heating wire is a kind of heating wire made of PVC material, which has excellent insulation properties, corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, and is widely used in various electrical products heating elements, cable protective sleeves, pipeline insulation and other fields.From the perspective of product structure, the PVC heating wire is mainly composed of three parts: PVC insulation layer, internal conductive metal wire and external PVC protective layer. Among them, the internal conductive metal wire is the core part of the hot wire, and its material and wire diameter directly affect the power and resistance of the hot wire.

Product Function
1. Power and resistance value: Select the appropriate power and resistance value according to the use needs to ensure that the PVC heating wire can generate enough heat and will not overheat.
2. Material: Choose high-quality PVC material to ensure the insulation performance and service life of the heating wire.
3. Wire diameter: Select the appropriate wire diameter to ensure the resistance value and service life of the hot wire. Too small wire diameter will lead to too large resistance value, thus shortening the service life; Too large line diameter will result in too little power.
4. External protective layer: Choose a PVC protective layer with excellent protective performance to prevent the hot wire from being affected by mechanical damage and the use environment.
