Product Configuration
Heating Element with Flange's basic construction consists of a computer-desianed helical coil of 80% Nickel 20% chromium allonresistance wire fusion welded to the nickel-coated steel terminal cold pins. This assembly is precisely stretched and centered inthe element metal sheath, which is then filed with Grade "A" Magnesium Oxide powder (MgO). The filed tube is then compactecby a rol reduction mill into a solid mass, permanently stablizing the coil in the center of the tube while providing excellent heattransfer and dielectric strength between the coil and the sheath.
Flange lmmersion Tubular Heaters are called flange immersion heaters, which are designed for usein drums, tanks and pressurized vessels to heat both gases and liauids, They consist of multiple oneto several U shape tubular heaters formed into a hairpin shape and brazed to flanges.
