The Immersion Flange Heating Element material we have stainless steel 201 and stainless steel 304,the flange size have DN40 and DN50,power and tube length can be custoized as requirements. The water tank immersuon tubular heater standard screw plug sizes utilized are 1”, 1 1/4, 2” and 2 1/2” and are made of steel, brass or stainless steel, depending on the application.Various types of electrical protective enclosures,built-in thermostats, thermocouples and high-limit switches can be incorporated into screw plug immersion heaters. |

Flange immersion heater is made of stainless steel 304 or 201 tube, high-quality Modified Mgo powder, High Ohm NiGr alloy wire.Flange immersion tubular heater is more heat exchange efficient, that means flange immersion heater could standard 3 to 4 times wattage.Flange water immersion heater is made of advanced production equipment and through strict quality test.Characteristic fast temperature rise heating uniformity heating exchange efficiently long-time usage appliance.
These flanged heater for water tank products are designed for heating heat transfer fluids, medium and lightweight oils and water in tanks and pressure vessels. Plate flanged heaters are ideal for applications requiring low to medium wattage requirements.
Water flanged heaters are made with tubular elements that are brazed or welded to the flange. Stock plate flanged heaters are supplied with general purpose or moisture-resistant terminal enclosures.
