Product Configuration
The finned tube heater is a heating tube with many narrow, long metal fins on its surface.The fins are closely attached to the tube body and their number and shape are designed according to the needs of different occasions.The fins' function is to expand the contact area between the heating tube and the heated medium, enhance heat transfer, and thus improve heating efficiency.
Because the finned tubular heater has a larger surface area, its heat transfer efficiency is higher than that of a regular heater, so the energy saving effect of a finned tube heater is better than that of a regular heater. Research shows that, under the same heating effect, The finned heating element can save more than 20% of energy consumption compared to a regular heater.
